Colony Haulage Works Tender For Haulage And Housekeeping Contract At Iocl Officers Colony Kharirohar , Gandhidham , Part A: Manpower Required For Works To Be Done As Per Scope Of Works On Daily Basis At Kharirohar Colony . For Job Items 1 . 01 To 1 . 05 Under This Part Bidder To Quote Service Charges On The Following Items In Which Wages Will Be Paid As Per Minimum Wages Prescribed By The Competent Authority Plus Pf , Bonus , Safety Shoes , Uniform . Presently Minimum Wages For C Class City Vide Cirucular Ref . No 1 / 8 ( 1 ) / 2019-Ls-Ii Dated 27 . 03 . 2019 , Where Rates Of Wages Plus Vda Per Day For City Class Area C Housekeeping Works Is Rs . 390 / - For Un Skilled Workers . Accordingly Pf@13 . 61% , Esi@4 . 75% , Bonus @8 . 33% , Amount On Account Of Safety Shoe / Helmet / Uniform Is Estimated At Rs 3000 / - Per Year Per Person Is To Be Paid . As And When Minimum Wages Are Revised By The Competent Authority , The Revised Wages Plus Esi / Pf / Bonus / Transport Assistance Will Be Paid Accordingly . Amount For Esi / Wci Shall Be Reimbursed To The Contractor Accordingly On Producing Original Receipts And Documents Of Actual Payments . Transport Assistance Shall Be Paid Extra As Applicable , Housekeeping Of Outside Floors Of Flats , Wall & Cleaning Of Stair Cases , Lobbies , Corridor , Passages Of Each Building . Moping With Wet Cloth And Using Phenyl Etc Collection Of Garbage From Each Flat / Quarter& Disposalof The Same At Designated Places . Mops , Brooms , Dusters , Phenyl And Other Required Items Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . , Housekeeping Of Parking Area / Secrurity Room Pump Room , Electrial Room And Removal Of Cobwebs . The Job Also Includes Disposing Off Accumulated Dirt , Dust And Muck Within Colony / Outside Colony Premises As Directed . All The Material Like Scrapper , Brooms , Trolleys Etc Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . , Housekeeping Of All Roads , Badminton Court , Children Play Ground Areas & Other Open Spaces / Areas Alongwith Backside Of All Buildings On Daily Basis . The Job Also Includes Disposing Of Collected Dirt At Nominated Place . All The Material Like Scrapper , Brooms , Trolleys Etc Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . , Pumping Water In All Overhead Water Tanks On Daily Basis . Maintaining Pumps In Running Conditions All Time ( 24X7 ) . Providing Assistance In Supervising Daily Activities , Gardening & Maintenance Of Plants , Saplings , Lawn Etc Available In Colony Including Krishna Vatika . This Job Also Includes Plantation Of New Saplings , Development Of New Area By Providing Lawn Etc . Watering Daily , Using Manure , Pesticides , Incesticides Atleast Once In A Month Etc . All Equipments And Tools Required For Plantation And Maintaining The Plants Lawn Etc . Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor , Including Pipe For Watering Manure , Pesticide , Insecticide Etc . However Manure , Pesticide For Development Of New Area Shall Be Arranged By Iocl , Thereafter It Has To Be Arranged By The Contractor . Only The Saplings / Plants / Lawn Grass And Water Source Shall Be Made Available By Iocl . , Contractors Profit ( 20% ) , Part B: Item Based Works ( Contractor Has To Provide Separate Manpower ) , Cutting & Removal Of Grass , Bushes , Shrubs And Other Unwanted Weeds From The Colony Premises And Disposing Of The Material To An Unobjectionable Location Outside The Colony ( Monthly ) , Trimming Of Trees , Shrubs , Bushes Etc Inside The Colony , Krishna Vatika And Disposing Off The Material To An Unobjectionable Location Outside The Colony Premises ( Monthly ) , Cleaning Of Water Tanks On The Top Of All Buildings Flushing With Fresh Water And Providing Disinfectants As Per Instructions Of Officer In Charge . Register To Be Maintained And Signed By The Residents . All Tools Requried For Cleaning Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . Cleaning Dates To Be Painted By The Contractor On Individual Tanks . Total 15 Tanks Of 2Kl ( Monthly ) , Cleaning Of Underground Tanks With Necessary Chemicals Flushing It With Fresh Wate . All All Tools Requried For Cleaning Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . Cleaning Dates To Be Painted By The Contractor On Individual Tanks . Total 2 Tanks ( Monthly ) , Cleaning Of Septic Tanks With Suitable Device After Opening The Manhole Cover .
