Shot blasting: 50 Nos. Zinc oxide: 50 Nos. Hydrogen chloride: 50 Nos. Welding fumes: 50 Nos. Illumination level: 50 Nos. WBGT: 50 Nos. TWL: 50 Nos. Noise Level :50 Nos. Scope of Work - Vendor • Samples will be collected in-presence of employees available at respective sites. • Samples will be collected as suggested by respective plant PHSE/Head at their respective site. • Minimum 4 samples will be collected from each location. • All the instruments that will be used for collection of samples will be duly calibrated with certificate. • Sampling will be done by expert industrial hygienist. • NIOSH/OSHA guidelines <(>&<)> other standard methods will be adopted for sampling and analysis <(>&<)> deployed the expert staff. • It will be more beneficial that the laboratory is having NABL Accreditation. • The test report shall not be reproduce/revised /amended in full or part or with any linkages to previous report reference without the written approval submitted to the Authority. • Vendor must complete job within given timeline. • All Instruments/apparatus which are used for collecting samples will be in vendor scope only. • Vendor must be DISH Approved only to carry out workplace monitoring. • To carry out risk assessment of workplace pollution monitoring area after the area monitoring is completed. • Risk assessment will be carried only of the area where the contaminants level is higher than the prescribed standard value. • For purpose of risk assessment observations of the area to be carried out of above physical <(>&<)> chemical agents in workplace. • These observations shall be related to generation of workplace pollutants <(>&<)> existing control measures available in the workplace. • These observations to be mentioned in the risk assessment report.
