Scope of work for Vendor for NG HEATER (east side <(>&<)> west side) fixing and piping and existing header duct modification job. 1) NG Heater fixing in place of preheater bundle with suction and discharge piping/existing duct modification. 2) Annexure-1. • Refer following drawing for PNG Heater replacement related activity. • PA – 04 – 0025 • PA – 04 – 0091 1) NG HEATER REPLACEMENT IN PLACE OF PROCESS GAS PREHEATER. This section of scope of work contains NG heater fixing in place of process preheater bundle with inlet and outlet line replacement and existing process gas duct modification. 1. Remove old bundle assembly from position, it may be in 2 pcs as tubes removed from the position or bottom half of the bundle may stuck in refractory. 2. After removing old bundle casing flange dimensions to be confirm with NG bundle as it is same, if any difference to be corrected in casing flange before putting the new bundles 3. Casing inside refractory repairing to be done by refractory team if required. 4. After clearance of refractory team both bundle (east side <(>&<)>west side) proper fixing rope and RTV to be poisoned on the flange of the casing. 5. After fixing bundle inlet and outlet piping (12 inch <(>&<)> 16 inch) to be done as per drawing with proper pipe support and bellows which is available. 6. Before fixing bellow, flow direction must be confirmed by AMNS engineer. And perfect fitting to be done without breaking the bellow locks. 7. DP test to be carried out in all welding joint and must be checked by AMNS engineer, DP material is in the scope of vendor. 8. Require scaffolding to be done by vendor. 9. Job to be carried out by competent rigger, welder, pipe fitter and technician and supervisor as per instruction of AMNS engineer. 10. Each manpower must be medically fit and having safety gears and height pass. 11. Existing preheater bundle inlet and outlet line to be modified under guidance of AMNS Engineer. . 12. Require blinding to be done before starting the job. 13. Require platform to be made for valve operation as per drawing. VENDOR’S SCOPE For other terms and conditions refer following • During replacement of Bundle, inlet/outlet piping/duct modification if scaffolding is required than it is to be prepared by vender <(>&<)> after certification of AMNS inspector same to be used. 1. New equipment shifting from workshop / store to site and shifting of old equipment to store / workshop is under contractors scope, if required hydra also to be brought by vender only. 2. Any cutting / welding required will be in contractors scope. 3. Housekeeping should be carried out after completion job. All used / unused material should be brought back to workshop / scrap yard as per the instruction of area engineer in-charge. 4. All safety mandate/norms of M/S AMNS to be followed by the vendor and his men. 5. All welding is to be done by qualified welders approved by M/S AMNS. 6. D. P. Test of the welding will be in contractor’s scope. 7. Any portion of structure / deck cut for the should be perfectly welded back by contractor and it is under contractors scope. 8. Most care should be taken during the job to avoid damage to the equipment / structure nearby. 9. M/S AMNS will provide only permanent material. 10. Free supply of air, water and electricity will be provided at single point. Adequate lighting will also be provided. 11. All tools, tackles like welding machines cutting sets, chain block, slings, spanners, hammers, hydraulic pumps, jacks, etc. will be in contractors scope. 12. All consumable like welding electrode, gauging rods, cotton waste, emery paper, wire rope / slings, etc. will be in contractors scope. 13. All safety items like safety shoes, safety helmets, safety belts, hand gloves etc. Are to be arranged by the contractor. 14. All joints should be leak proof. 15. Contractor should deploy competent supervisor on round the clock basis to supervise and complete the jobs in time <(>&<)> must sign in permit holder in each work permit issued by AMNS India. 16 All portable electrical tools like welding machine, grinding machine should be certified by HBI elect. dept for electrical connection, power cable should not be with any joint and it should be minimum 4 core cable for 3PH connection. M/S AMNS’S SCOPE: 1. Air, power, water will be made available at source by M/S AMNS. 2.
