DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT 1 Refractory dismantling, brick lining <(>&<)> casting with Ceramic/Hysil board fixing along with anchor welding for refractory inst allation. 2200 (± 10%) M.T Major Refractory Job. (For two Furnaces) Tentative quantity • Opening and closing of access door – 30 MT • Side wall dismantling <(>&<)> brick lining at height (5.5mtr). – 530 MT • Separation wall and discharge wall – 140 MT • Dismantling burner castable and casting new. – 120 MT • Precast block fixing or Castable chappai at skid and post. - 50 MT • Arch and wedge brick relining. - 100 MT • Damaged Roof block fixing. – 200 MT • Bull nose bricks relining. – 100 MT • Hearth block and brick relining at damage places. – 690 MT • Down take arch relining. – 60 MT • Gamma and Thermocouple temple block replacement. – 20 MT • Skid shuttering and refractory casting along with post PCPF block. – 150 MT • Any other during inspection from inside while shutdown. – 40 MT Terms and conditions to be adhered to SCOPE OF WORK FOR REFRACTORY CONTRACTOR Safety – 1. Safety of each manpower coming for job need to be ensured by Contractor. 2. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 3. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. 4. Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass. 5. Compliance of all the statutory requirements. 6. Safety officer round the clock for effective safety measure implementation. 7. All safety appliances (PPE) like helmet, dust mask, safety shoes, safety goggles, safety belt, jacket, earplug, hand gloves, fall arrester if required will be in the scope of contractor.
