Crane movement may not be restricted as furnace will continue to run. Dust may not be allowed to dump at zero level. 4 Remove prepared scaffolding, if any. Ensure no loose material lying on crane, Walkway & Working area. 5 Shift the removed Equipment / Scrap to designated repair area / Scrap Area. Ensure proper housekeeping near working area after job completion. 6 Adhere the Standard Maintenance Practice (SMP/SOP) of respective Crane Assembly Replacement. 7 Height pass must for each associates who is executing job. IMPORTANT NOTE: a. Use all the PPE required at SMP1 (FRP Helmet, FRP Jacket, Safety shoe, Safety goggles, Safety hand gloves and Nose mask). Safety is vendor’s responsibility. AMNSI will explain hazards in the job during TBT / HIRAC discussion. Vendor has to monitor behaviour of associates periodically from HSE point of view and ensure required correction. All the associate must have height pass. Height pass will be issued by No PR No. PR Item RFQ Item Services for line Item Quantity UOM Technical Details Other Details AM/NS safety department. b. Consumable + Welding m/c + Cutting set + Tools + Tackles + Housekeeping will be in vendors scope. c. Use E-7018 welding electrodes for all the welding jobs. d. Shift the removed Equipment / Scrap to designated repair area / Scrap Area. Ensure proper housekeeping near working area after job completion. e. Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass. f. Penalty for non-compliance: Penalty will be recovered from the monthly payment if vendor is not able to achieve required service levels as mentioned below: - If vendor will delay in job execution / equipment refurbishment as per plant requirement. Job to be carried out anytime (24X7, 365Days). - If vendor does not deploy the required specified quantity & quality of manpower as per RFQ or a person deployed is not reporting to the duty. - While normal duty hours are 8 per day, more than 16 hours continuous duty is not allowed on any day. - If safety violation during job execution. Minimum 3% penalty will be applicable on a monthly bill value. Penalty in two consecutive months will make contractor eligible for either termination of contract or penalty more than 10%.
