Welding, Grinding, Pipe Supports and erection and fabrication of line: - • All welding joints must be leaking proof. • After erection of entire line water leakage must be checked by contractor and leakage must be attended. • All pipe support should be taken from rigid structure to bare entire line weight and all welding joints must be fully welded according to structures. • All consumables are considered in the contractor’s scope of supply. • SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR VENDOR: • Re-welding of weld joints to be done if required after inspection. • • Job quantity will be decided by the department/site in charge. • • Contractor shall complete the job as per the approved specifications, drawings, and as per the direction <(>&<)> satisfaction of AMNS engineer-in-charge. • • Contractor shall ensure for housekeeping/cleaning of the area including cleaning /removing the debris/scrap/waste and used material and shifting the same/surplus materials to the location specified or shown by the engineer, area in charge.
