To ensure that employees and workers deployed are physically and mentally fit. They should possess requisite skills, qualifications, experience, etc. 3. To deploy qualified and trained safety supervisors, safety officers, and safety managers. AMNS Safety Department approval is required before the deployment of safety personnel. 4. To ensure that the employees and workers have appropriate health and safety training. The certification of such training should be produced for verification, on demand. 5. To obtain all necessary and applicable licenses, permits, and insurance policies of his employees and workers before executing any work. 6. To ensure that all incidents (minor/major injuries, fatality, fire, property damage, etc.) including near misses shall be reported to the AMNS team immediately verbally as well as in written format provided by AMNS. 7.
