Endoscopic Inspection of each stove at 24mtr at 1 point 2. Endoscopic Inspection of each stove at 38 mtr at 1 point Endoscopic Inspection of following points (During shutdown) – Total points – 8 points -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Endoscopic Inspection of Hot blast Riser at (24 mtr) -1 point. 2. Endoscopic Inspection of Hot blast main pipe form Riser to Bustle ring at (21 mtr) -3 points 3. Endoscopic Inspection of bustle ring (21 mtr) - 4points. 2. Minimum Equipment requirement during activity. - 1 Endoscope Length 900 mm Outer Diameter 38mm - 1 Endoscope Length 2600 mm Outer Diameter 38mm - Pictures and videos definition: minimum FHD 1920 x 1080 - Angles of vison 0° - 45° - 70° - 90° - Field of vision 90°. 3. Prepare an inspection report along with photographs i.e. and high-definition videos. digital (min 1920 x 1080) pictures will be p rovided from the very 1st working day after inspection (during- debriefing day) Comments such as from where pictures wer recorded, which angles of view, etc… will be included in the pictural reporting to be forwarded by service provider as a deliverable within 10 (ten) working days after staff returned to base. 4. All PPE’s, tools <(>&<)> tackles will be vendor scope and must follow the prescribed SOP for the job. 5. Food, accommodation, Transportation (Local and outside), flight ticket and visa related all process and expenditure will be in vendor scope. 6. Vendor must obtain clearances/permission from shift in charges before execution of work in each shift and ensure safety of men and equipment. 7. The inspection will be performed jointly by the vendor and the respective in charges of the blast furnace before the start of the work and after completion of the work. 8. All the jobs must be carried on and executed strictly up to the satisfaction and direction of the Engineer in Charge or his authorized representative. 9. Job will be done, as per instruction of site Incharge. 10. Covid-19 norms to be followed strictly. 11. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 12. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Single phase, radio for smooth communication between working partners will be in AM/NS scope. 6. UTILITIES FOR EQUIPMENT COOLING. - AIR temperature will be ambient temperature or N2. - WATER PH will be above 7. - Open circuit water temperature max. 39 to 40 deg.C Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------ 1. As per HSE directives penalty will be generated for noncompliance of HSE 2. In case of any violation related to safety like working without proper PPE’s, working without toolbox talk, and new joinies without joining formalities/training, the contractor will be penalized as per the company policy. Due to the non-performance like poor quality of job, non-availability of manpower, unnecessary delays, and Non-compliance of housekeeping, vendor will be penalized from his current monthly bill according to the criticality of the reason. 3. Non-conformity of Work. 4. Penalty will be imposed in case of noncompliance to HSE norms. 5.
