Tender For 2000154067 - Various Coolers Cleaning Activity-Bf Utl 2000154067 10 10 10 VARIOUS COOLING TOWER MAINTENANCE JOB 9 MON Email : jitendra.dalal@amns.in Contact : Name : Jitendra Dalal Item Details : TITLE OF SPR : EVAPORATIVE <(>&<)> OTHER VARIOUS COOLERS CLEANING ACTIVITY. ===================================================================== Scope of Work - Vendor ----------------------- • Team of following member required for carrying out all the jobs as per scope of work. 1 no – Supervisor, 2 no’s – Fitter, 3 no’s – Semi-skilled manpower. (Duty time – 8 hrs.) • Contractor must provide expert manpower of evaporative coolers repairing. It is a specialized job and requires special skills and techniques. • All required PPE’s,Tools <(>&<)> Tackles required for the job will be provided by the vendor. • Safety to be ensured all the time during the job execution and supervisor should continuously monitor the job. • Shifting of the required materials from store to Evaporative cooler platform will be vendor scope. • Housekeeping of the areas after job completion to be done. Removed Scrap/Unwanted materials to be removed from evaporative cooler platform and shift to ground floor. • Any item which is required to complete the job but not mentioned in the list will be in vendor scope. • Daily manpower attendance sheet to be signed by our engineers without fail. Routine maintenance of various cooling towers including basins are, A) CLEANING OF HOT WATER BASINS:- ---------------------------------- 1) Remove the Inspection doors and check whether there are any unwanted materials lying on the basin. 2) Cleaning of hot water basin completely. 3) Manhole to be covered before entering the hot basin and once cleaning activity is completed it needs to be removed. (Safety reason) B) CLEANING OF NOZZLES <(>&<)> INLET WATER HEADER PIPES:- ----------------------------------------------------- 1) Inspection of all the nozzles and water header pipes for any leakages/damages. 2) Replace the nozzles if found damaged / clean the nozzles if found choked. 3) Repair the water header pipes if found damaged / clean the header pipes if found choked. C) CLEANING OF FILLS AND DRIFT ELIMINATORS:- ---------------------------------------------- 1) Inspection of fills area from the drift eliminator side by removing the drift eliminators. (Ensure that LOTO has been provided) 2) In case fills found choke immediately it must be removed and cleaning to be done. 3) After the fills cleaning has been done it has to be inspected by our engineers before installing back. D) INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF STRUCTURES:- ------------------------------------------- 1) Inspection of all the structure to be done i.e., below the fan deck. 2) Tightening of the nuts <(>&<)> bolts to be done if found loose. 3) If any structures are found damaged, then they must be replaced with new ones. 4) Drilling, Cutting <(>&<)> Grinding jobs if any to be done by vendor. E) CLEANING OF LOUVERS AND SIDE SHEETING:- ---------------------------------------------- 1) All the louvers to be removed and cleaning to be done on regular basis. (To avoid fills choking) 2) Side sheeting inspection is to be done daily and if found any leakages immediately it has to be attended. 3) If Louvers or side sheeting found damaged it needs to be replaced immediately. 4) Full body cleaning from inside <(>&<)> outside to be done. Apart from above mentioned SOW, any other work related to coolers or cooling towers we can utilize this manpower. Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors ensure safe t ransportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secure Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is used for processing the Gate Pass. Scope of Work- AM/NS --------------------- • Work permit and toolbox talk before starting the job will be provided by AMNS. • Electricity and water supply will be provided by AMNS. • LOTO will be taken by AMNS team for the cooler and clearance for taking the job will be provided to vendor. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- • In case of safety violation 10% penalty will be imposed on the contractor.
