Scope of Work- Vendor: - SLAG BLASTING, CLEANING & PAINTING: - 1. All required equipment’s / skilled manpower for sand blasting & painting job must be provided by vendor. 2. Sand / slag blasting machines, compressors & related equipment’s like spray gun with operator with all transportation will be provided by vendor Minimum 3-4 sets as per requirements. 3. Sand / slag required for blasting with all transportation will be provided by vendor. 4. 3-4 compressor / spray machine for painting will be provided by vendor with all transportation as per department requirement. 5. All scale /sand/slag to be cleaned during shutdown from continuous casting machine, torch cutting machine fume tunnel and tunnel connecting scale pit. 6. Small items like wire, wire brush, pawda, belcha, tagara, paint brush, rollers for cleaning & painting to be provided by vendor. 7. Required all safety items / PPEs for workers to be provided by contractor. 8. Supervisor to be provided by contractor during work on 24 hours basis of 12-12 hours shift. 9. Any labor and supervisor cannot go from working area without permission of machine in charge and shift in charge of caster operation. 10. Vendor must Finish/complete all the jobs of slag blasting, painting & scale cleaning / machine cleaning job in given time periods. 11. Vendor must provide slag blasting compressor with such a capacity that at least 4 parallel slags blasting line / OPRN continues in 2 machines with adequate manpower. 12. Before slag blasting job, water cleaning, chipping work must be done by vendor will be inspected by engineer. 13. 2 coats of colter primer of 200 micron each & 1 coat of Finish paint of 50 micron each to be applied on slag blasted area inside, outside & wherever required. 14. Diesel for compressor will be in vendor scope. 15. Manpower should be competent as per competency matrix as per latest MSA. 16. WSA & Group insurance policy 17. Following company rules and regulation provided by AM/NS Management time to time related to safety HSE and other rules and regulation. 18. All associates attendance, Salary, Invoice related data, Scrum attendance system tracking and request generation for attendance regularization in scrum system as and when required.
