Penalty: - If the Vendor fails to complete the assigned job within the specified period, AMNS India shall be entitled, at its option to: (a) deduction of service charges; and/or (b) terminate the PO Documents or part thereof. - If manpower of Contractor found involving in any indiscipline act or violation of AMNS rules <(>&<)> regulations; then AMNS India shall have the right to deduct a certain amount (depends on severity of act) as penalty from Vendor’s billing amount. - If Contractor refuses or is unable to provide sufficient services or manpower to execute and complete the job, then AMNS India shall have imposing any penalty on vendor and the vendor shall not have the right to object to such penalty in any manner whatsoever. - Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors ensure safe t ransportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is used for processing the Gate Pass. Scope of Work- AM / NS Steel - Arranging the necessary Work permit / TBT / HIRAC. - Trailer/Hydra/Tractor in AMNS scope. - Power supply will be provided. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. -Failure of completion work in given time frame and not providing manpower any prior information to AM/NS representative will be caused to penalized.
