GENERAL POINTS : • Supply of heavy equipments with skilled operator along with valid license which will be ensured by vendor at BF site. • Fuel (Diesel) supply and maintenance of equipment will be vendor scope. • The equipment has to do work in a hot area for multiple cleaning work, as per site condition. • All operators / drivers to be deployed on shift wise duty basis. • The Contractor shall provide the specified equipment in healthy condition with skilled operators as per company policies. • The Contractor shall not move the equipment from designated work area to another area without prior approval from the Site Incharge. • All equipment must be in compliance with all applicable RTO, central, State, and local govt rules <(>&<)> regulations. • Equipment manufacturing year must be 2017 or later (Equipment of manufacturing year before 2017 will not be allowed) and it should be in good working condition. Any decision regarding acceptance of equipment of YOM earlier than 2017 will be taken by AMNS only in exceptional cases. • Final vehicle check will be done by AMNS HSE department, and all PPEs shall be in vendor’s scope. • Equipment heathiness to be checked on daily regular basis, if any issue found that should be resolved immediately, otherwise vehicle should be considered as breakdown and replacement of vehicle is provided by vendor. • Equipment should work/be available as per agreement (hours, a day, a month basis) continuously for all the days in a month including sunday and public holiday. • Details of work to be carried out will be explained. • Necessary Attachment needs to be provided with Machines as per Operational Requirement as per Site Visit. • All Equipment needs to be deployed from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm for Day Shift <(>&<)> 07:00 pm to 07:00 am for Night Shift. • All PPE’s, tools <(>&<)> tackles will be vendor scope. • No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. • Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back.
