Get the work permit as per nature of work from site in charge/the control room, to be got sign of field controller and to be sign in as holder by experienced supervisor. 2. Safety talk/HIRAC to be carried out for the jobs to all manpower. SMP and HIRAC no. must be mentioned in work permit. 3. All safety precautions must be followed by the contractor and its manpower. All PPEs to be wear as per work nature. Use safety belt and lifeline while working at height. Work area to be barricaded. 4. As per job nature technician must have rigger pass, work at height pass, EOT crane operator pass and welder pass. 5. Before starting the job, the fire extinguisher and water hose have to be arranged and fixed. fire blankets to be kept on site when hot work job is done by contractor. Green tag to be fixed and then only scaf folding to be used. Work at height pass and ECG report must be required for job as per safety norms. 9. After completion of the job, scaffolding to be removed on priority after site in charge clearance. 4. All necessary hatches/manhole to be open for entering inside the vessel. 5. Check the oxygen/CO ppm level inside the vessel. Do not enter inside vessel without O2 meter. Safety officer must be available for round o’clock for job execution. 6. Inside grating to be removed as per requirement and after clearance same to be box up. 7. Grating supporting damage beam to be replaced as per instruction. 8. All 20 nos. Elbow, Water header end flanges of cooler to be open and after cleaning, same to be boxed up after inspection and clearance from site engineer. 10. Contractors should deploy competent supervisors and safety officers on a round-the clock basis to supervise and complete the jobs in time. 14. Do necessary correction as per AMNS engineer if required. 15. Housekeeping should be carried out after completion of the job. all used / unused material should be brought back to workshop / scrap yard as per the instruction of area engineer in-charge. 16. All tools, tackles like welding machines cutting sets, welding electrode, gauging rods, chain block, slings, spanners, hammers, hydraulic pumps, jacks, etc. will be in contractors scope. 17.
