All operators / drivers to be deployed on shift wise duty basis as per schedule provided by user department. 3. Equipment manufacturing year must be 2018 or later (Equipment of manufacturing year before 2017 will not be allowed) and it should be in good working condition. Any decision regarding acceptance of equipment of YOM earlier than 2018 will be taken by AMNS only in exceptional cases and rights for accepting such equipment will be only with AMNS. 4. Payment shall be made as per actual availability of equipment on site. 5. Payment shall be made after 30 days of GRN/ Service entry from user department. 6. Final vehicle check will be done by AMNS HSE department, and all PPEs shall be in vendor’s scope. 7. All Equipment charges to be inclusive of mobilization & De-mobilization charges (if any). 8. All Equipment needs to be deployed for 10 hours on daily basis as instructed by the AMNS representative. 9. Maintenance of 10 hours (single shift) working equipment to be carried out after 07:00 pm, as per discussion with Area In charge/Reporting manager. 10. Necessary Service records and daily working log sheets need to be provided with Machines as per Operational Requirement as per Site Visit. 11. In-case of Special attachment vendor to keep provision of various fittings & adaptors in advance for fitment in Machine. Machine must be suitable for work at the AMNS site it has to be deployed. 12. The Contractor shall provide the specified equipment in healthy condition with skilled operators as per company policies. 13. The Contractor shall not move the equipment from the designated work area to another area without prior approval from the Site In charge. 14. All equipment must be in compliance with all applicable RTO, central, State, and local govt rules & regulations. Necessary legal documents along with the qualifications of operators/helpers to be submitted to AMNSI. 15. Contractor shall deploy alternate equipment for any breakdown above 72hrs duration. If a vendor is supplying 5 or more machines of similar category, then it is required that an additional machine of the same category is kept at site for use in case of breakdown of any of the vendors deployed machines. In case of any casual requirement of similar machine from AMNS, we may give preference to use this additional machine to share the cost burden of vendor. However, the final decision rests with AMNS management. The contractor must be able to provide vehicles having valid permits (local & all India) and other statutory clearances. 20. The Vehicle should be clean and in good mechanical condition. The vehicle shall be inspected by AMNS Admin representatives before being inducted. In case any deficiency/fault is pointed out during such inspection(s), the tenderer will be liable to rectify the defect up to the entire satisfaction of inspecting officer and if it is not rectified the vehicle will not be inducted/ accepted for duty. 21. Vehicles should be in good and proper condition. 22. All the papers viz. insurance, registration, road tax, pollution control certificates, permits, valid license, etc. related to each vehicle should be readily available in each of the vehicles with drivers. 23. The driver/Operator should maintain a proper record of mileage on a daily basis and get the same authenticated by the authorized user. The driver should maintain duty slips with complete details of kms/hrs. 24. The drivers deployed should have good moral character and reasonable experience of driving and should be well groomed and be able to converse in the local language and Hindi. They should be able to attend minor repairs of vehicles. 25. The driver deployed should carry a valid driving license when on duty, which should be produced by him if demanded. Renewal of his driving license from time to time will be the responsibility of the contractor. 26. The contract will not carry any objectionable or inflammable items in the vehicle which may be dangerous and risky. 27. Fueling of the Vehicle shall be carried out prior to reporting for duty and there must be adequate fuel to carry out required daily operation. 28. Requisite first aid kits, fire extinguisher/ tool kits etc. should be made available with each Vehicle by the contractor in good functioning/ useful condition at all the times. 29. Vendors will follow all process of safety & Security, while making gate pass and during the work. 30. Vendor must ensure working condition of entire machine and attachments for the purpose which it is hired for. 31. Vendor shall ensure that do not park the vehicles within the company premises after their duty hours are completed, all hired vehicles are being parked at the owners designated location. (Outside of the company premises) 32. Enough number of relivers to be considered by the contractor and the leaves of the workman/Operator/Driver to be planned accordingly considering above. Duty roasters to be made accordingly and vendor has to ensure weekly off is provided to all workers. Vendor must ensure services are provided consistently irrespective of holidays/special functions. Scope of Work- AMNSI: 1. Site supervision and equipment check by company area in charge. 2. Company shall witness /arrange regular and periodical inspection of the equipment/vehicle. 3. Company shall review the service performance periodically, and if the services are not found satisfactory, will dis-continue the contract.
